BCL2 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease: Exercise is reported to exert its therapeutic influence on Alzheimer's disease through the targeting FoxO1(N. Zhao, Xia, & Xu, 2021) and by reducing brain damage by increasing Bcl‐2 and decreasing caspase‐3 and BAX expression in cerebral ischemia (Lin et al., 2021; Wang et al., 2019).
