In summary, the current findings indicate the role of anlotinib in modulating antitumor immunity of RT and radioimmunotherapy, which activates cGAS/STING signaling, promotes the infiltration and activation of CD8+ T cells, potentiates the proliferation and immune memory of CD8+ T cells, and eventually makes tumor more responsive to radiation and radioimmunotherapy. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
