As shown in Fig. 4C, D, treatment of CPX in non-phosphorylated STAT3Y705F mutant cell lines promoted CPX-induced suppression of CDK4 and EdU incorporation, but not LC3 protein, suggesting that p-STAT3 (Tyr705) is not involved in CPX-induced autophagy in GC cells. This evidence concerns the gene CDK4 and gastric cancer.
