Subsequently, to explore the mechanism of increased chemokine levels after down-regulated SEPT5, we observed that SEPT5 expression was significantly negatively correlated with the expression of IFNG in PCa specimens (Fig. S3A), with respect to IFNG receptors, SEPT5 expression was significantly negatively correlated with IFNGR1 expression (Fig.S3B), but not with IFNGR2 expression (Fig.S3C) in PCa specimens based on public database. This evidence concerns the gene IFNGR2 and posterior cortical atrophy.
