Subsequently, we analyzed the correlation between SEPT5 expression and CD8+ T cell infiltration in clinical samples, and the results showed that the proportion of CD8+ cells was lower in the PCa samples with high SEPT5 expression, CD8+ T cell infiltration was significantly negatively correlated with the expression of SEPT5 in PCa tissues (p < 0.001, Fig. 5F). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and posterior cortical atrophy.
