The TP53 mutation rate was higher in the HS group than in the LS group, which, on the one hand, reflects the relationship between differences in TP53 and TTN mutations in the two groups and the prognosis of prostate cancer, and on the other hand, whether the difference in TP53 and TTN mutations rate between the two groups of patients is related to androgen metabolism requires further study.
