At present, some breakthroughs have been achieved, such as all-trans retinoic acid targeted PML-RARα fusion gene and Imatinib targeted BCR-ABL fusion gene; Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Immunotherapy (CAR-T) targeted CD19; and Gemtuzumab ozogamicin targeted CD33-positive AML (Baron and Wang, 2018; Zhu and Gao, 2019; Levin et al., 2021; Yilmaz et al., 2021). This evidence concerns the gene RARA and acute myeloid leukemia.
