In breast cancer mouse model, blocking KAT6A using WM-1119 inhibitor could significantly decrease MDSCs recruitment and CD4+/CD8+ T cells depletion; when WM-1119 and anti-PD-L1 antibody treatment were combined, the efficacy of MDSCs inhibition recruitment and CD4+/CD8+ T cells activation was better (72). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and breast carcinoma.
