As expected, the tumor control elicited by the Lm-LLO-CD105A vaccine was lost upon CD8-depletion in both the subcutaneous (Figure 6B and Supplementary Figure S5C) and orthotopic models (Figures 6D, E), indicating that CD8+ T cells were the primary drivers of the anti-tumor efficacy of Lm-LLO-CD105A.
