ACHE and amnesia: Kumar and Chowdhury (2014) reported an Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity for aqueous extract of C. cyminum fruit at dose of 50 μg/ml. According to Koppula and Choi (2011), it was found that oral administration of cumin aqueous extract (at doses of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kg/day) remarkably attenuated amnesia induced by scopolamine in rats.
