On this basis, we further found that OPG G1181C polymorphism could reduce the risk of osteoporosis in premenopausal female (C vs G: OR = 0.86, 95% CI = 0.73–1.00; CC vs GG + GC: OR = 0.71, 95% CI = 0.52–0.95, Table 4 and Figure 3). The gene discussed is TNFRSF11B; the disease is osteoporosis.
