Consistently, gene co-expression analyses in both of the TCGA AML dataset [33] and the Vizome BEAT-AML dataset [29] confirmed the positive correlation between GPR132 and two well-known myeloid differentiation markers, CD11b and CD14 (Fig. 2B, C, Supplemental Fig. S2B, C) [34, 35]. This evidence concerns the gene CD14 and acute myeloid leukemia.
