At univariate-logistic regression, age at ZES diagnosis [p = 0.01, odds ratio (OR) 1.05, CI 1.0–1.1], G3 grading (p = 0.003, OR 21.3, CI 2.8–162.0), MEN-1/ZES (p = 0.02, OR 0.3, CI 0.1–0.9) and extrahepatic metastases (p = 0.001, OR 7.2, CI 2.2–23.4) were significantly related to OS (Table 2), while TNM, gender, gastrin level, location and size of primary tumor did not matter. Here, GAST is linked to multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1.
