In the multivariate analyses adjusting for age, histology, FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis, and presence of post-operative radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy, MSLN expression was significantly associated with OS (HR, 3.70; 95% CI, 1.09–17.6; p = 0.034), but not RFS (HR, 0.98; 95% CI, 0.47–2.15; p = 0.96) (Supplementary Table 1). The gene discussed is MSLN; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
