It has been reported that, apart from EOC, elevated CA125 could also be tested in non-EOC gynecological malignancies such as endometrial cancer and cervical cancer, non-gynecological malignancies such as lung cancer and breast cancer, benign gynecological diseases such as endometriosis, cardiopulmonary diseases such as myocardial infarction and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pregnant women, and even healthy women [48, 49].
