Low expression of ZC3H13 and METTL14 as m6A ‘writer’ genes has been associated with a poor prognosis in breast and colon cancers [25–27] and may lead to downregulation of m6A RNA modification in tumours, thereby reducing the level of immune cell infiltration and resulting in a poor prognosis, which is consistent with the results of this study. Here, ZC3H13 is linked to neoplasm.
