Among patients of luminal A subtype of BC, statistical analysis also showed a significant increase in the concentrations of both chemokines tested in the postoperative period compared to the preoperative phase—CXCL1 increased from 30.832 pg/mL to 41.414 pg/mL (p = 0.048), while CXCL8 increased from 5.326 pg/mL to 7.229 pg/mL (p = 0.023). Here, CXCL8 is linked to breast cancer.
