Quercetin and curcumin exhibit anti-cancer activity and regulate cancer progression not only through the modification of multiple cellular signaling pathways, including the PI3K/Akt, Wnt/β-catenin, JAK/STAT, MAPK, p53, and NF-ĸB signaling pathways (Table 1, Figure 4), but also via the modification of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs).
