The gene-disease networks of these genes (Figure S7), showed that there were strong interactions between the genes GC, ALDH1A2 and the Cytochrome P450 Family 2 genes, with several chronic diseases, including neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, renal kidney diseases and various cancer types. This evidence concerns the gene ALDH1A2 and musculoskeletal system disorder.
