To further uncover the signal pathways involved in DXM- and BTM-21-P-induced expression of TTP in MDA-MB-231 cells, and to determine whether any of the upregulated KEGG pathways mediated the DXM- and BTM-21-P-induced expression of TTP in MDA-MB-231 cells, we analyzed the effects of inhibitors against PI3K (Wortmannin) (Figure 4A and Figure S1A), NF-κB (QNZ) (Figure 4B and Figure S1B), AKT (MK2206) (Figure 4C and Figure S1C), and FOXO1 (AS1842856) (Figure 4D and Figure S1D) on the DXM- and BTM-21-P-induced expression of TTP in cancer cells.
