Some T-cell-driven hematological cancers, such as T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL), have been shown to have increased PIM1 activity, suggesting the potential of PIM1 as a therapeutic target in these cancers [38,39,40]. This evidence concerns the gene PIM1 and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
