Factors associated with a decreased overall survival since the start of immunotherapy were the presence of brain metastasis (HR 1.05 95% CI 1.01–1.11), elevated LDH levels at the moment of metastasis detection/diagnosis (HR 1.27 (95% CI 1.17–1.38)), and the presence of NRAS mutation (HR 1.16 (95% CI 1.05–1.28), while BRAF mutation demonstrated a favorable effect with an HR of 0.69 (95% CI 0.58–0.83) (Table 4).
