To explore the function of CYP1B1 in vivo, a tumor metastasis model was established and the immunohistochemical staining analysis of serial tissue sections showed that the expression of angiogenesis marker CD31, proliferation marker ki67, metastasis marker MMP9, and neutrophil infiltration marker LY6G mediated by CYP1B1 could be reversed by melatonin (Figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and neoplasm.
