The associations between CYP1B1 and the clinical stage showed that a higher expression of CYP1B1 was positively related to the tumor stage in BLCA (r = 0.218, p = 9.21 × 10−6; Figure 1B), KIRC (r = 0.139, p = 0.00129; Figure 1C), SKCM (r = 0.144, p = 0.00354; Figure 1D), STAD (r = 0.123, p = 0.0146; Figure 1E), THCA (r = 0.094, p = 0.0364; Figure 1F), and UCEC (r = 0.177, p = 0.00898; Figure 1G). The gene discussed is CYP1B1; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
