EPHA2 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma: Interestingly, the co-expression analysis of LRRC8A in PAAD samples showed that purinergic receptor P2Y2 (P2RY2) and ephrin-A receptor 2 (EPHA2) showed a positive correlation with LRRC8A in most database of PAAD, including those of TCGA (PanCancer Atlas and Firehose Legacy), QCMG (Nature 2016) [26], and TIMER (Figure 4).
