Our results found that the top 20 highly variable genes in the tumor populations were: CLSPN, CDCA8, CDC20, ISG15, KIF2C, ALPL, STMN1, IFI6, HMGN2, NASP, FABP3, DHRS3, HSPB7, ID3, PDPN, ERRFI1, SRARP, COL8A2, LINC00337, and SERINC2, and in the M19 populations they were: RHBDL2, CDC20, CDCA8, CLSPN, KIF2C, FABP3, ISG15, STMN1, SFN, CDA, DRAXIN, SNHG12, ERRFI1, E2F2, AL590434.1, PDPN, CCDC30, EPHB2, KLF17, and SERINC2. The gene discussed is CDC20; the disease is neoplasm.
