In a German study evaluating RFC2 as a prognostic biomarker in glioma, the RFC2 high expression group had higher proportions of naïve B cells, CD8+ T cells, resting memory CD4+ T cells, M0 macrophages, and M1 macrophages and lower fractions of M2 macrophages, resting dendritic cells, and activated mast cells than the RFC2 low expression group. Here, CD4 is linked to glioma.
