In a German study evaluating RFC2 as a prognostic biomarker in glioma, the RFC2 high expression group had higher proportions of naïve B cells, CD8+ T cells, resting memory CD4+ T cells, M0 macrophages, and M1 macrophages and lower fractions of M2 macrophages, resting dendritic cells, and activated mast cells than the RFC2 low expression group. Here, CD8A is linked to central nervous system cancer.
