FCN2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: We then examined the relationship between FCN2 expression levels and immune cell infiltration in HCC and discovered that the expression of FCN2 was positively linked to the number of neutrophils invading the tumor (r = 0.228, p < 0.001), eosinophils (r = 0.199, p < 0.001), NK cells (r = 0.165, p < 0.001), central memory T (Tcm) cells (r = 0.163, p < 0.001), and DCs (r = 0.161, p < 0.001) (Figures 9B–F, respectively).
