IGHE and allergic disease: Adults with solely childhood-onset IgE-FA were more likely to report a history of ≥1 severe food-allergic reactions (52.6% vs 43.2%, P < .001), physician-diagnosed IgE-FA (52.4% vs 33.0%, P < .001), and multiple IgE-FAs (41.0% vs 30.3%, P < .001) compared to adults with solely adult-onset IgE-FA.
