The high levels of seven genes (CORO1A, CD180, SASH3, CD52, CD300A, CD14, and DUSP1) were related with poor survival in ESCC (Figures 6A–G) and KIF14 and MCM2 expression levels were positively correlated with better survival (Figures 6H, I) (p < 0.05). Here, CORO1A is linked to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
