Besides well-described pathogenic variants in CACNA1C leading to TS [19], long QT syndrome (LQT) [20], and Brugada syndrome (BrS) [21], single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within CACNA1C have been described as one of the most replicable and consistent associations in psychiatric genetics [22,23]. The gene discussed is CACNA1C; the disease is Timothy syndrome.
