TP53 and systemic lupus erythematosus: The results showed that the specific genes in cluster 1 were mainly involved in the systemic lupus erythematosus pathway, the genes in cluster 2 were mainly involved in processes such as inflammatory response and cell matrix adhesion (Figure 4A), and the genes in cluster 3 were mainly involved in processes such as the p53 signaling pathway, bile metabolism, and protein modification (Figure 4B).
