Serum ANGPTL6 levels in these HCC patients were significantly positively correlated with the levels of 12 lipoprotein subfractions (H2H, H1FC, H2FC, HDCH, HDFC, HDPL, HDA1, L2PN, L2CH, L2PL, L2AB, and TPA1) (Spearman’s r > 0.3, p < 0.05) and negatively correlated with the levels of 6 lipoprotein subfractions (L5PN, L4FC, L5FC, L5PL, L5AB, and H4A2) (Spearman’s r < −0.3, p < 0.05) (Figure 13 and Table S13). This evidence concerns the gene OGFOD1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
