The results showed that CTSS and FABP6 were low-risk genes (Figure 8A,B), while NRP2, PDGFRA, PDGFRB, S100A7, S100A8, S100A9, and S100A10 were high-risk genes (Figure 8C–I), and all of these genes significantly impacted the prognosis of BLCA except S100A9. The gene discussed is NRP2; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
