In summary, our results suggest that several immune-related lncRNAs (LINC02325, FNDC1-AS1, ZEB2-AS1 and TEX26-AS1) may serve as independent prognostic biomarkers for pancreatic cancer, which provides a theoretical basis for determining the therapeutic target of pancreatic cancer and a promising strategy for guiding individualized treatment and improving prognosis prediction. The gene discussed is TEX26; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
