The results showed that complicated with hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease, high levels of Lpa and APO-B were independent risk factors for MCA stenosis in CIS patients (P < 0.05), and high levels of APO-A and APO-A/APO-B were independent protective factors (P < 0.05), as shown in Table 3.
