A concurrent decreased expression frequency for DNAM-1, TIGIT and, CD96 in NK cells was observed in 53% of ALL patients (Figure 4B, top panel), whereas 16.2% of ALL patients showed NK cells with a normal concurrent for DNAM-1, TIGIT and, CD96 (Figure 4B, bottom panel). The gene discussed is CD96; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
