The main signaling pathways involved in melanoma are a number of cell death and immune response related pathways with varying levels of gene enrichment, such as the RAS signaling pathway, KRAS-related pathway, chemokine signaling pathway, B-cell receptor signaling pathway, primary immunodeficiency, interaction of viral proteins with cytokines and their receptors, T-cell receptor complex, and estrogen response (Figures 3B–E). This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and inborn error of immunity.
