The study population included 182 patients diagnosed with CA: 49.5% (n = 90) from the “historical cohort” and 50.5% (n = 92) from the “contemporary cohort.” CA was related to the following etiologies: 47.3% (n = 86) AL, 44.5% (n = 81) ATTR, and 8.2% (n = 15) other etiologies (5 dialysis-related amyloidosis, 10 undetermined etiologies) (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene TTR and axial length measurement.
