Based on the findings of univariate and multivariate analysis, we also established ROCs to identify biochemical markers that reflect skeletal muscle mass in the female sarcopenia cohort and found that the AUC of insulin was the highest, followed by the AST/ALT ratio and FSH (0.691, 0.671, and 0.634, respectively), and the AUC of the mixture of the above three reached 0.736. This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and sarcopenia.
