We further analyzed clinically stratified breast cancer cases, including 8 cases of TNBC, 6 cases with HR-HER2+, and 18 cases of HR+, and found that all subtypes of breast tumors showed a trend of a positive correlation between CD10+ CAFs and CCL18+ TAMs, but the P values did not indicate statistical significance due to the limited number of cases (Supplementary Fig. 2H). Here, CCL18 is linked to breast carcinoma.
