KPNB1 and cervical carcinoma: As shown in Fig. 2, 77 proteins were identified as common binding partners of Kpnβ1 in normal hTERT-RPE1 and HeLa cervical cancer cells (Fig. 2A, numbers shown in the Venn diagrams include Kpnβ1), while 41 proteins were common binding partners of Kpnβ1 in hTERT-RPE1, WHCO5 and KYSE30 oesophageal cancer cell lines (Fig. 2B), and 56 proteins were identified as common binding partners of Kpnβ1 in HeLa, WHCO5 and KYSE30 cancer cells extracts (Fig. 2C).
