RAD51D and breast cancer: A previous UK Cancer Genetics Group (UKCGG) Consensus meeting held in 2018 agreed that PALB2 should be included on a BC predisposition gene panel and RAD51C, RAD51D and BRIP1 on an OC predisposition gene panel.14 The national genomic test directory (NHS England) was first published in August 2020 and included PALB2 in the panel for inherited BC and OC (R208) and RAD51C, RAD51D and BRIP1 in the inherited familial OC panel (R207).
