Furthermore, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects and inhibition of necroptosis of Cpd-42, and the results indicated that Cpd-42 reversed the mRNA expression of TNF-α and MCP-1 (Figure 4A), phosphorylation of p65 (Figure 4B) and activation of the RIPK3-MLKL signalling pathway (Figure 4C) in CaOx-induced nephropathy.
