The expression of 20 differentially expressed FRGs (ACSL1, ACSL4, ALOX5, ATG7, CAMKK2, CREB5, GABARAPL1, KDM6B, LAMP2, PANX2, PGD, PRDX1, PROK2, PTEN, PTGS2, SAT1, STAT3, TLR4, ULK1, and ZFP36) were further verified to study the expression changes of these FRGs in myocardial infarction tissues with time. Here, ACSL4 is linked to myocardial infarction.
