INS and kidney disorder: PAMPs are recognized by PRRs at low concentrations under physiologic conditions (DiBaise et al., 2012), but this effect increases in the presence of LPS, which subsequently provokes an inflammatory reaction (Kearney and Martin, 2017), insulin resistance (Clark and Vissel, 2018), fatty liver disease (Krenkel and Tacke, 2017), retinopathy (Wang et al., 2015) and nephropathy (Wada and Makino, 2016).
