AKT1 and cancer: KEGG pathway analysis of these altered N-glycoproteins in different groups (December vs. November, February vs. November, and February vs. December; Figure 6) showed that they were involved in PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, complement, and coagulation cascades, lysosome, focal adhesion, proteoglycans in cancer, protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum, ECM-receptor interaction, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), phagosome, and regulation of actin cytoskeleton.
