CALR and cervical carcinoma: Based on the LinkedOmics database, the differentially co-expressed genes of PDIA3 in cervical cancer were analyzed and the Top 50 genes with significant difference (P < 0.05), and the closest correlation was screened out to draw the heat map, which showed that the genes significantly positively correlated with PDIA3 expression in cervical cancer included PDIA3P, PPIB, HSP90B1, SERF2, CALR, and HSPA5 (Figure 9(a)), and the genes significantly negatively correlated with PDIA3 expression included WDR47, ZNF317, FLJ35390, CAMSAP1, CDC42BPG, HR, and others (Figure 9(b)).
