The results showed that in the two selected groups of CESC studies, including 607 cervical cancer samples, the PDIA3 expression was negatively correlated with methylation level (Figure 6), and the difference was statistically significant (Spearman r = −0.18, P = 1.204 × 103; Pearson r = −0.19, P = 9.555 × 10−4). This evidence concerns the gene PDIA3 and cervical carcinoma.
