Analysis of individual gene expression in adaptive, innate, and T cell functional pathways revealed that, prior to tumor rechallenge, survivor mice treated with quadruple therapy had significantly altered expression of only five genes: Cd28, which was increased, and Anxa1, Cd27, Ifitm1, and Il1rap, which were all downregulated (Figure 6B). The gene discussed is CD28; the disease is neoplasm.
