Figure 2D demonstrates the internal correlation between different immune cells. Genes involved in Immunity_H were significantly upregulated in CD8+ T Cells and M1 macrophages. Genes involved in Immunity_L were significantly upregulated in activated dendritic cells and resting mast cells. These findings indicate that the genes involved in different immune subtypes have potential immunostimulatory effects. The genes promote the processing and presentation of immune cells by antigen-presenting cells to induce tumor response (Figures 3A, B). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
