It was evident that the superior abundance of the anchorage-dependent cell (aDC), macrophages, immature dendritic cells (iDC), neutrophils, plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC), eosinophils, Th1 cells, and mast cells and the inferior infiltration of T cells, Central Memory T cell (Tcm), T follicular helper cell (TFH), CD8 T cells, B cells, Th2 cells, and T helper cells were the immune signatures of the sarcoidosis patients. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and sarcoidosis.
