In conclusion, our findings indicate that the expression of GTPBP4 was upregulated in both human NSCLC tissues and cells, that silencing the expression of GTPBP4 gene in lung cancer cells inhibited the proliferation of lung cancer cells and reduced their invasive ability, and that the mechanism may involve regulating EMT to affect lung cancer progression. Here, GTPBP4 is linked to lung carcinoma.
